This is a most interesting find. The Constitute Project strives to share the currently-in-force constitution for nearly every independent state in the world, as well as some draft and historical texts. Clearly not a textbook, but, something that any student of American or world history could find enlightening. As each country changes their most important document, the site updates it as well.
When I visited the site in June of 2019, there were 200 active and draft constitutions on the site. Along with listing each document by the country it helps govern, they provide a convenient topics index as well as other features that make it easy to find how each country deals with important issues like indigenous people, elections, foreign policy, and the structure of their government.
