Free Agriculture Textbooks

Agriculture (also called farming or husbandry) is the cultivation of animals, plants, fungi and other life forms for food, fiber, and other products used to sustain life.

Agricultural products can be grouped into foods, fibers, fuels and raw materials. Biofuels, bio-pharmaceuticals, bioplastics and pharmaceuticals are also being made from agricultural products.

Agricultural students, like all college students, are often confounded by textbook prices that can rival tuition costs.

I hope my inability to find a large number of free online agricultural textbooks is not an indication of how many are available. If you know of any that I have missed, please let me know.
